Dr. HUL Seingheng specialises in building National Science, Technology Innovation ecosystem. He is currently working at the Ministry of Industry, Science, Technology Innovation. He has experienced for more than ten years in policy development and implementation, particularly in science, technology innovation sectors. Dr. Hul has been a keynote speaker, STI related topic trainer and coach in many national and international community. Academically, He passed his formal engineering degree from PhD to Bachelor’s degree.
